Our Promise to You

We guarantee every product that we make. When you buy our goods, you're buying goods that are made to last. If at any time your Raw Materials Design product fails due to a defect in manufacturing or materials, just return it to us and we will either repair or replace it at our option.

Just Contact us to describe the problem and send us your email address and telephone number. We'll contact you with instructions on how to send your product back. It's hard to imagine anything being easier.

Shipping

Our $10.00 flat-rate Express Shipping applies to all U.S. retail orders. Your merchandise ships via speedy USPS Priority Mail and reaches nearly all U.S. customers in 2 to 3 days. If you live in the greater Seattle area you'll usually receive your order the next day.

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours after your order has been placed. If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you an estimated availability date or substitution alternatives.

Returns

We offer no-quibble returns or exchanges for retail orders within 30 days of purchase for products that are unused, unlaundered, and include their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned beyond 30 days of purchase, damaged through neglect or abuse, soiled, laundered, or returned without its original packaging. Returns accepted after 30 days from their original sale are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final for sale, closeout, or discontinued products.

Merchandise purchased from third-party sellers may not be returned under any circumstances.

Privacy

If you purchase products on our site, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, shipping and email address, etc. Some of that will be retained in our records or for future use in communicating with you. However, we keep all of the personal information you provide in the strictest confidence and will not disclose it to others or use it for different purposes. Period.

The credit card information you enter when purchasing our goods online is encrypted by our card processing company using the strongest available technology. The only information visible to us are the last 4 digits of your card number.

When you visit the front page of our site, you may be prompted with a pop-up asking you to sign up for our mailing list. The pop-up mechanism installs a simple 'cookie' on your computer indicating the date of your most recent visit. On subsequent visits, a script looks for the cookie to determine whether or not to display the pop-up again.

Otherwise, the cookies are benign and neither collect nor report any other information from your computer.
